Men's hockey player Mike DeMarco (Niagara Falls, NY) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week.
The freshman forward scored a goal and set a school record with six assists in a 10-2 win over Johnson & Wales in the opening game of the All-Sport Invitational on Friday night. DeMarco currently leads the Bengals with three goals and six assists for nine points.
