Men's soccer player Justin Lofaro (Albany/ Guilderland) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week. The freshman philosophy major led the Bengals to three victories this past week, extending the team's winning streak to five games. He had an assist in a 4-1 win over Pitt-Bradford, scored the game-winner on a penalty kick in a 2-1 victory against Cortland, and tallied another game-winning goal in Saturday's 3-1 win over Oswego.
