Men's Soccer Remains Unbeaten, Ties RIT
Buffalo State (8-0-2) remained undefeated today, as it tied RIT (5-2-1), 0-0, in a battle of regionally-ranked teams at Coyer Field.
Shawn McDonell (W. Seneca/W. Seneca East) made 12 saves for Buffalo State to keep RIT in check. The shutout was McDonell's third of the season. The Bengals, ranked 10th in the Northeast, were kept off the scoreboard, in part, by RIT goalkeeper Nate Andrews' seven saves. RIT, ranked eighth in the region, out shot Buffalo State 25-18 for the game.
Buffalo State will host Oswego in a SUNYAC game on Friday at 4 p.m.
