Men's Soccer Tops Lake Erie, 3-1
Buffalo State continued its best start in more than 20 years as Richard Namulala's (Kenmore/Kenmore West) first collegiate hat trick led the Bengals past Lake Erie, 3-1, today in the first game of the Bethany (WV) Tournament.
All three of Namulala's goals were unassisted as the junior scored twice in the first half and once in the second. Lake Erie broke the shutout in the game's 89th minute.
The Bengals improved to 4-0-1 and will face the winner of Bethany and Medaille in tomorrow's championship game at 4 p.m.
