Buffalo State's men's swimming and diving team was named and Academic All-America Team by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America for the sixth consecutive semester.

The team posted an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.06. The Bengals were the top men's team in the SUNYAC and ranked 28th in the nation among Division III teams academically.

Buffalo State will open its 2004-05 season against Geneseo on October 23 with training to begin in September.
