NEW PALTZ, NY—New Paltz (10-3/5-1) assembled an early 17-0 run and cruised past visiting Buffalo State (5-10/1-5), 82-44, in a SUNYAC contest today.

Toya Parks (Brooklyn/MLK) led Buffalo State with 13 points. Alyssa Kinney (Medford/Bellport) added nine points and eight rebounds.

New Paltz led 48-18 at the intermission. The Hawks shot 54-percent from the field for the game, compared to just 25-percent shooting by the Bengals.

Buffalo State will visit Oswego next Friday at 6 p.m.
