Buffalo State is co-sponsoring “So You Want to Write a Book?: Navigating the Nonfiction Publishing Process,” a four-part workshop to be held on Saturdays in February at the Buffalo History Museum.
According to a story published in the local Bee Newspapers, the workshop—available to both members and nonmembers of the museum—will feature several Buffalo State faculty:
Dan DiLandro, head of archives and special collections
Frank Kowsky, distinguished professor emeritus of fine arts
Tom Reigstad, professor emeritus, English
Brian Meyer, lecturer, communication
The workshop covers an introduction to nonfiction writing, research, and copyright issues. It also includes a question-and-answer panel with local authors and concludes with a session on publication and marketing.
