Oneonta used five second-half goals to propel itself past Buffalo State, 6-1, today at Coyer Field.

The Bengals hung with the No. 11 ranked team in the nation in the first half. Buffalo State knotted the score at 1-1 when Christina Semertzides (Wappinger Falls/Roy C. Ketchum) found the back of the net on a 35-yard free kick with just three seconds remaining. The Red Dragons proved to be too much in the final stanza, however, as they outshot the Bengals 33-1 for the game and remained unbeaten at 9-0-2 overall and 5-0-1 in SUNYAC play.

Buffalo State has an overall mark of 4-5-1 and is 1-3 in conference. The Bengals will host another SUNYAC-opponent tomorrow when they host New Paltz at 1:00 p.m. on Towers Field.
