President Is Guest of Honor at Roswell Park Reception
The Roswell Park Cancer Institute (RPCI) Board of Directors held a reception on August 18 for Buffalo State College President Aaron Podolefsky, Ph.D., welcoming him to the community.
Hosted by Roswell President Donald L. Trump, M.D., on the patio at Roswell Park, the event was attended by Candace Johnson, Ph.D., the institute’s deputy director, many RPCI and Buffalo State College faculty members and administrators, and a number of community leaders who greeted and congratulated Podolefsky and his wife, Ronnie.
Said Trump, “Dr. Podolefsky is such a highly regarded scholar and administrator, we’re excited to have him at the helm of the college.”
During brief remarks, Podolefsky emphasized his goal of continuing to advance the college as both an academic and economic asset for the region and beyond.
