Resolving Unhappiness at Home and School

Share with...
What can we do as educators, mental health professionals and parents to help students navigate the troubled waters of American life at home and school?
For practical, informative guidance, mark your calendars for Tuesday, March 6th, 7:30p.m. when noted child psychologist, Dr. Kenneth Condrell, will speak in the Rockwell Hall Auditorium. Dr. Condrell, who practices in Western New York, will base his discussion on his recent book, The Unhappy Child, which provides thoughtful advice for spotting unhappiness in children, what to do and how that unhappiness, if left untreated, can unexpectedly intensify in college.
Dr. Condrell is the fifth expert in the ongoing Colloquial Speak Series sponsored by the Buffalo State College School of the Professions and the Office of Continuing Professional Studies. The presentation is free and open to the public. Faculty, students and staff are invited to a 6:30p.m. reception with refreshments in the lobby of Rockwell Hall.
