In the opener, Buffalo State collected 12 hits and scored six runs in the seventh inning to pound out the 10-5 win. Nicole Sabuda led the offense, going 3 for 4 with a homerun, a double and two RBIs. Three Bengal pitchers saw action with Kristen Scheffold (Lancaster/Lancaster) earning the win throwing four-and-one-third innings of relief, allowing six hits and three runs.

Both teams scored early in the nightcap, and no one scored again until Oswego plated a pair of runs in the eighth inning for the 3-1 extra-inning win. Sirianni and Hutten each went 2 for 4 again for the Bengals. Melissa Balsavage (Depew/Depew) threw the complete game, allowing eight hits and two earned runs, striking out five.
