A sneak peak inside Buffalo State’s newest residence hall highlights the Spring Open House, which will be held on campus, Saturday, April 16, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The Open House provides prospective students, including those accepted for fall 2011 enrollment, with the opportunity to tour the campus, meet with faculty and student support services staff, discuss financial aid options, and explore career paths.

Students and their families will be welcomed at the Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall at 9:15 a.m. Academic department presentations and panel discussions will follow during sessions at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. A clubs and organizations fair, student services fair, full campus tours, and mini-tours of the athletic facilities, library, and residence halls will be offered from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Students may be especially interested in guided tours of Buffalo State’s new apartment complex, a state-of-the-art, 507-bed facility opening in fall 2011.

The Campbell Student Union food court, Barnes & Noble at Buffalo State Bookstore, and Burchfield Penney Art Center will be open throughout the day.
