Swimming and Diving Opens Season at Geneseo
GENESEO, NY--Buffalo State's swimming and diving teams opened their seasons today with a dual meet at Geneseo and the men were defeated 120-99 and the women fell, 120-75.
Three Bengals earned second-place finishes in their respective events. Rich Aguilo (Wantagh/Wantagh) was second in the 50 free (23.87), Cory Skiba (Buffalo/Kenmore West) was second in the 100 free (53.10), and Nick Weigand (Lancaster/Lancaster) was second in the 500 free (5:39.98).
Buffalo State will next host Cortland on Friday at 5 p.m.
