The Burchfield-Penney Art Center presents Symbols of Faith: Art as Revelation beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 20, 2004 at the Burchfield-Penney, Rockwell Hall, Buffalo State College. Westminster Presbyterian Church and St. Joseph University Catholic Church will collaborate on a morning of panels and discussions about art and spirituality. The program begins at 9:00 a.m. with coffee and refreshments. After opening remarks by Rev. Thomas A. Yorty of Westminster Presbyterian Church and Rev. Jacob C. Ledwon of St. Joseph University Catholic Church at 9:30 a.m., Wes Olmsted will make a statement about his art and spirituality.

A panel will follow featuring Jeannette Ludwig, Associate Professor of Modern Languages and Comparative Religions, Phillips Stevens, Associate Professor of Anthropology, and Monsignor J. Patrick Keleher, Director of the Newman Center, all of the University at Buffalo.

After a recess, a second panel will begin featuring Rev. Lawrence Millby pastor of Nativity of Our Lord Church in Orchard Park, Robert J.
