Track athletes Willie Hordge (Buffalo/ Forestbrook TX) and Toya Edwards (Brooklyn/ Clara Barton) were each three-time SUNYAC Champions over the weekend and were named the Buffalo State Co-Athletes of the Week. Hordge, a junior health and wellness major, won the 100-meter dash with an NCAA qualifying time of 10.56 and had a provisional qualifying time winning the 200-meter dash in 21.71. He also anchored the winning 4x100-meter relay team (42.34). Edwards, a freshman health and wellness major, also won the 100-meter (23.59) and 200-meter (26.47), and anchored the 4x100-meter winners (49.75).
