Whitworth Ferguson Planetarium Extends Popular "Heavens in Winter" Program
Buffalo State College’s Whitworth Ferguson Planetarium's “The Heavens in Winter” program has been extended by popular demand until Feb. 25.
The show, which began Jan. 7 and runs at 2 p.m. each Saturday, includes viewing the winter stars, constellations, nebulae, star clusters, galaxies, planets and the moon under the planetarium dome. Admission for the general public is $5 at the door.
Visitors to the planetarium will be allowed to park in lot S-1 without a permit.
The Whitworth Ferguson Planetarium is located in the Science Building next to parking lot S-1 off Iroquois Drive.
