Buffalo State completed the weekend sweep in the "North Country" today as it defeated Plattsburgh, 70-63.

The Bengals never trailed and opened up a 38-28 lead by halftime, before holding on to win its fourth straight game.

Monique Hanks (Liverpool/Liverpool) paced the Bengals with 19 points, seven rebounds and seven steals. Darnika Moseley (Liverpool/Liverpool) and Desi Gibson (Rochester/Edison Tech) each added 13 points in the winning effort.

Buffalo State improved to 9-8 overall and 7-2 in SUNYAC play. The Bengals will host Fredonia on Tuesday night for a 6 p.m. tip-off.
