OSWEGO, NY—Buffalo State (6-11/2-6) snapped a five-game losing slide with a 61-46 victory over host Morrisville (0-12/0-8) in a SUNYAC contest this afternoon.

Shareese Hamer (Erie, PA/Strong Vincent) led the Bengals with 18 points. Toya Parks (Brooklyn/MLK) had 17 points, six rebounds and five assists. Lindsay Smith (Ithaca/Ithaca) added 11 points.

Buffalo State never trailed, leading 33-22 at the intermission and led by as many as 22 in the second half. The Bengals forced 31 Mustang turnovers.

Buffalo State will host Geneseo next Friday at 6 p.m.
