Women's Basketball Player Darnika Moseley
Women's basketball player Darnika Moseley (Liverpool/Liverpool) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week for the third time this season.
Moseley, a junior journalism major, paced the Bengals to a 2-1 week, averaging 13.7 points and 10.7 rebounds-per-game. She recorded double-doubles (points and rebounds) in wins over Medaille and New Paltz and scored a game-high 18 points in a loss to Ithaca. Moseley became just the eighth player in school history to surpass 600 career points (663) and 500 rebounds (506).
Moseley and the Bengals will host SUNYAC-rival Oswego on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
