Women's basketball player Darnika Moseley (Liverpool/Liverpool) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week.

The junior journalism major helped the Bengals to a 1-1 record over the weekend and was named to the Penn State Behrend Winter Classic All-Tournament Team. Moseley recorded back-to-back double-doubles, scoring 19 points and grabbing 10 rebounds against Thomas More, and had 13 points and 12 boards in a win over Grove City.

Moseley and the Bengals will return to the hardwood on December 19 against North Central at the Hope College Tournament in Orlando, Fla.
