Women's basketball player Toya Parks (Brooklyn/ MLK) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week. The senior guard had 12 points, four rebounds and four steals in the Bengals' only game of the week, a loss to visiting St. John Fisher. The business management major is leading the Bengals, averaging 17.0 points and 7.7 rebounds-per-game.
