Buffalo State fell to 1-8 overall and 0-4 in the ECAC West with a 8-1 loss against the top-ranked Elmira Soaring Eagles today.

Senior Emma Wadsworth (Arlington VA/Reston Raiders) scored the Bengal’s only goal of the afternoon. Fellow upper classman Janelle Schmitt (Arlington, WA/Northwest Admirals) assisted on the goal. Mary Keddie (Williamsville, NY/Buffalo Bisons) and Crissy Michalek (West Seneca, NY/Buffalo Saints) combined for 51 saves in the game.

The Bengals next game will be on Saturday December 6, 2003 against Neumann at home. The puck drops at 4:00 pm.
