Women's hockey goaltender Mary Keddie (Williamsville/Williamsville North) was named Buffalo State's Athlete of the Week.



The sophomore netminder was unbeatable as she posted back-to-back shutouts against Cortland. Keddie made 31 saves in a 0-0 tie on Saturday, and stopped 28 Red Dragon shots on Sunday to preserve a 1-0 victory.



Thanks to Keddie's heroics, Buffalo State clinched a berth in the ECAC West playoffs in the league's inaugural season, and will face top-seeded Elmira on Friday.
