Women's Hockey Player Bree Cote and Track Runner Joe Niezgoda
          
             
	Women's hockey player Bree Cote (Copperton, UT/Copperton Hills) and track athlete Joe Niezgoda (Alden/Alden) were named Buffalo State Co-Athletes of the Week.
Cote, a freshman defenseman, scored her tenth and eleventh goals of the season in a two-game set against Utica, including the game-winner in a 3-2 upset win on Saturday.
Niezgoda, a senior, dominated the distance events at the Fredonia Invitational, winning the 800m (2:01.9) and the 1,500m (4:10.07) runs. He also ran a leg of the winning 4x800m relay (8:26.51).
