PITTSBURGH, PA—Julie Ruszala (Cheektowaga/ Lancaster) scored twice as Buffalo State (4-7-3/2-7-2) defeated host Chatham (PA) in an ECAC West game tonight.

Kristin Bozek (Buffalo/Hutch Tech) and Amanda Johnston (Thunder Bay, ON/Sir Winston Churchill) also scored for the Bengals. Sam Simpson (Fairbanks, AK/West Valley) had two assists.

Buffalo State outshot Chatham, 56-29. Shannon Anesetti (Canonsburg/Canon-McMillan) had 27 saves for the Bengals in the win.

Chatham will host Buffalo State again tomorrow at 2 p.m.
