BUFFALO, NY—Mary Cohen (Ann Arbor, MI/Pioneer) scored the game-tying goal on the power play at the 13:20 mark of the second period as Buffalo State (3-5-3) rallied to tie Adrian College (9-4-1) in a non-conference game today at the Ice Arena.

After a scoreless first period, the Bulldogs took a 1-0 lead midway through second frame before the Bengals evened the game just over two minutes later. Julie Ruszala (Cheektowaga/Lancaster) and Katie Olejarski (Rockford, IL/Boylan Catholic) each registered an assist for Buffalo State.

Adrian held a 27-17 advantage in shots. Shannon Anesetti (Canonsburg, PA/Canon-McMillan) had 26 saves in goal for the Bengals.

Buffalo State will host Utica for a pair of ECAC West games next Saturday and Sunday.
