Women's Hoops Bests Potsdam, 73-60
Buffalo State earned its third consecutive victory as it defeated Potsdam 73-60 tonight.
Buffalo State fell behind the host Bears 29-23 by the intermission, but exploded for 50 points in the second half to claim the 13-point victory.
Jacey Brooks (Machais/Franklinville) led the Bengals with 18 points. Monique Hanks (Liverpool/Liverpool) added 16 points and nine rebounds, and Darnika Moseley (Liverpool/Liverpool) scored 11 points for Buffalo State.
The Bengals improved to 8-8 overall and 6-2 in SUNYAC play. Buffalo State will visit Plattsburgh tomorrow for a 2 p.m. tip-off.
