Women's Lacrosse Player Annie Tallchief
Women's lacrosse player Annie Tallchief (Perrysburg/Lakeshore) was named the Buffalo State Athlete of the Week.
Tallchief helped the Bengals to an undefeated week with victories over SUNYAC-rivals Brockport and Potsdam and a non-conference win against Cazenovia. The junior midfielder tallied 10 goals and 13 points in the three-game stretch, highlighted by the overtime game-winner in the 14-13 win at Brockport on Tuesday.
Buffalo State is currently 8-1 overall and 3-1 in SUNYAC play, and will travel to Geneseo for a conference tilt this Tuesday.
